At Baby Shack we strive to provide the best quality goods and service. We understand that once you receive a product it might not be just right for you. Also, occasionally a product may have a manufacturer’s defect or may become damaged in shipping. We always do our best to rectify the problem to your satisfaction and as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product please contact us by email to email@example.com, include your name and receipt/invoice number in the subject line, to request a return authorization. Please let us know the reason for the return.
The cost of the return shipping is your responsibility. You are also responsible for loss or damage in shipping items back to us therefore, we advise you to purchase insurance on your return package.
The refund or store credit will be issued only after we receive the returned item and the item is deemed to be in good condition.
Within 14 days of delivery of your on-line order, you may exchange or return the item (with authorization), for a store credit or refund in the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
After 14 days of delivery of your on-line order, an exchange or store credit may be issued, up to a maximum of 30 days from date of order.
The refund will be issued only to the original purchaser who placed the order. Items must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the store receipt.
All shipping costs, including the cost of return shipping, are your responsibility. You are also responsible for loss or damage in shipping items back to us. Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- For safety reasons all Car Seats and Car Boosters are final sale and cannot be returned, to ensure that the car seat has never been used or compromised.
- Any special orders, including furnishings or any item that is specially ordered just for you. You will be informed at the time of order if this applies.
- Any item that is on sale and deemed to be “Final Sale” or any clearance item.
- Any floor/display models and assembled/out of box products.
- All bras, undergarments and potties.
- All gift certificates/gift cards.
Items that you received as gifts, for which you have a gift receipt, will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
Damages or Defects
In the event that your item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturer’s defect, please email us immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org to explain what the damage or defect is. Please include a photo(s) of the damaged/defective item along with your explanation and note your name and receipt/invoice number in the subject line. Many manufacturers prefer to deal with you, the customer, directly in regards to product defects. We will contact you to advise you how best to deal with a damage or defect.
